  • The course was purchased but not accessed.
  • A technical issue prevented access to the course content that we could not resolve.

Time Frame for Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

  3. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscription-based services after the trial period.
