Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only eligible under the following circumstances:
- The course was purchased but not accessed.
- A technical issue prevented access to the course content that we could not resolve.
Time Frame for Refunds
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Courses or services that have been accessed or downloaded.
- Promotional or discounted items.
- Subscription-based services after the trial period.
